I’m a remote business support provider working with small business owners across the UK. I take on the jobs that keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list and make sure they’re done properly. On the business support side, that includes: Admin, inboxes, diary and document formatting Setting up workflows, SOPs and onboarding processes so things are done the same way every time Outreach to bring in new enquiries Operational support for the day-to-day running of your business On the creative side, I do: WordPress websites and updates Newsletters Social media content Canva design, logos, flyers and brochures My background is in construction, transport, manufacturing and health and safety, so I’m comfortable with busy, operational businesses, but I work with small businesses in all sorts of industries. I’m ICO registered, fully insured and hold IOSH Managing Safely.
